This list of drugs that cause gynecomastia was originally on Michael Bermant, MD's web page. According the the web page, he is a board certified plastic surgeon. However, for some reason, the web site is completely gone.
These drugs (according to the Physician Desk Reference) can cause gynecomastia as a side effect. The risks are generally very low for male breast enlargement from these medications, but breasts in men can be a cause for embarrassment. Some medications may be important for your other medical problems. There are other causes of gynecomastia male breast enlargement.
Of course, anything that causes male breast enlargement is a xenoestrogen with all the side effects that this entails.
