Estradiol tells the fibroids to grow. Indole-3-Carbinol helps the body eliminate estradiol faster. Indole-3-Carbinol does NOT help the elimination of xenoestrogens. You must avoid xenoestrogens especially on the skin. Endovan has the ingredient Nattokinase. Nattokinase dissolves fibrin. Most BUT NOT ALL uterine fibroids are composed mostly of fibrin. The smaller number of fibroids are made of mostly smooth muscle. Nattokinse does NOT function for the less common smooth muscle fibroids. Progesterone opposes the effect of estradiol IF smaller than a grapefruit, if and only if you eliminate xenoestrogens.
