My Usual Menstrual Migraine did NOT Need Medication for the First Time in a Few Years

Thank you for educating me on xenoestrogens.  After following your xenoestrogen elimination guidelines for a month and using Progestelle, I had a nearly PMS-free period and my usual menstrual migraine did not need medication for the first time in a few years.  I really like that Progestelle is in a coconut oil base and does not contain other reactive chemicals, so I have moved 100% to Progestelle for my supplementation needs.
